Hi All
Quick question - I see that all pages get added to Navigation Bar blocks by default. What if I do not want one of the pages to appear in Nav Bar? How do I go about it?

Under the Pages Navigation Bar, you will see a section which reads "Drag & Drop a page here to hide from the site primary navigation"
Drag any page that you do not want to see in the nav bar here (in the box) and that page won't appear as an item on the navigation bar
